Changed your mind? Doesn’t fit? You have 30 days to return a product to us

With Embouts et Bouchons, you have a 30-day withdrawal period (See our General Terms and Conditions of Sale) from the date of receipt of your order to return a product or your entire order. Depending on your needs, we can either refund your entire order or exchange the product for another product of your choice.

Good to know: The product must be returned to us at your expense and under your full responsibility. Why are return shipping costs at your expense? We have chosen to offer our end caps at the lowest market price, while guaranteeing optimal quality. That is why, in order to maintain these competitive rates, we do not include hidden costs (such as return shipping fees) in our base prices. We provide all the necessary information before purchase to allow you to make an informed choice and find the end cap perfectly suited to your needs (shape, dimensions, materials, etc.).

Product return conditions

Our return conditions are simple:

• The return of the product must be requested within 30 days following receipt of the product
• The product must be unused in new condition and returned in its original packaging
• The packaging must not be damaged
• The product must be accompanied by the invoice

Any return that does not respect these conditions (damaged, used, modified, or incomplete product, or exceeded return deadline) unfortunately cannot be accepted.

Procedures to follow to return a product

1. In your Customer area, go directly to Orders and click on Refund Request. Fill out the refund request form. If you have not created an account on our site, please contact us via this return request form: Request a return for my order. Your request must reach us via the internet no later than 30 days after receipt of your item.
2. Upon receipt of your request by our Customer Service, they will confirm the Return by email. You then have 14 days from the date of receiving the validation to send us the product(s). The postmark or the carrier’s stamp will be taken as proof.
3. Package the product correctly so that it is well protected during transport. We remind you that, contractually, your product travels under your own responsibility and at your own expense. The product in its original packaging must be shipped in a box designed and suitable for transport.
4. It is mandatory to include a copy of the purchase invoice in the package. Consider insuring the product with your carrier by declaring the original value of the product so that you can be properly compensated by the carrier in case of loss or damage.

6. Once the product is received and the return conditions are met, you will be refunded, no later than 15 days, by bank transfer or by a refund to your credit card account.
