For credit card payments, we use the services of Stripe, one of the leaders in secure online payment. Highly secure, your banking information does not pass through the embouts-et-bouchons.fr site but directly to Stripe. No one, not even Embouts et Bouchons, has access to your credit card number. Stripe's e-transactions are secured in SSL mode.

You choose your payment method at the next step when confirming your order. You will have a choice of 4 payment methods:
- By Credit Card (the fastest)
- By PayPal
- By Bank Transfer
- By Administrative Order (orders over €250 excl. VAT)

We ship products in stock within 24 hours, and all others within 5 days. Delivery times are indicated on the product page and in your order summary. Our delivery times are estimated as accurately as possible and are subject to product availability from our suppliers. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.

Once logged into your customer account, you can track the progress of your order and view your order history via "order tracking". Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the invoice in PDF format by email.

You can place an order directly on the site; a field is provided to issue an invoice in a company's name. If you need a quote for large quantities, do not hesitate to contact us, of course.

Within 14 days of receipt, you have the option to return products that do not suit you. The process is quick and simple.
