Payment methods, the choice is yours!      

Credit card, bank transfer, or administrative order: take your pick to pay for your plastic caps and plugs designed to protect, secure, and provide a perfect finish for your furniture (tables, stools, chairs, flip charts, etc.) or your aluminum profiles and structural elements. Specify your preferred payment method during checkout, and all necessary details will be immediately provided (including bank details in case of transfer).

For faster order processing, we recommend payment by credit card. Orders paid by bank transfer or administrative order are only processed upon receipt of payment.

Secure payment by Credit Card with Stripe

For payment of your purchases, Embouts et Bouchons has partnered with Stripe, one of the leaders in secure online payment. Highly secure, your banking information does not pass through the embouts-et-bouchons.fr site but directly to Stripe. No one, not even Embouts et Bouchons, has access to your credit card number. Stripe’s e-transactions are secured using SSL.

Payment by Bank Transfer

Professionals and companies: order from Embouts et Bouchons and pay by Bank Transfer. When you select this payment method, you will receive our company’s bank details (RIB). Please proceed with the transfer of the order amount, ensuring you mention the invoice or order number in the transfer description. We will ship your order upon receipt of the bank transfer.

Payment by administrative order for orders over €25 excl. VAT

Local authorities and administrations: order from Embouts et Bouchons and pay by Administrative Order for orders of €25 excl. VAT or more. To make your purchase via administrative order, simply choose this payment method when finalizing your purchase. You will then receive a confirmation email reminding you of the list of information and documents to provide, which are: The number of your order on our site (present on the Proforma invoice sent when placing your order) Your purchase order or commitment document Your internal order reference Your Identifier The visa of the person mandated by the organization Please also confirm the delivery address. Where can I find my order reference? For your purchase, a Proforma invoice will be issued upon validation of your order on our site. Use this Proforma invoice reference to confirm your purchase on our site. Where should I send the documents requested during online order validation? These documents should be returned to us by email, marked “approved for payment” with your stamp: contact@embouts-et-bouchons.fr We will submit invoices and purchase orders via the CHORUS PRO dematerialization portal.

Why is PayPal no longer available?

We have made the decision to no longer offer PayPal as a payment method on our site. This decision stems directly from our commitment to offer you the best possible prices. The transaction fees imposed by PayPal are particularly high and significantly impact our costs. Rather than passing these fees on to our pricing, we have chosen to prioritize other payment solutions that allow us to maintain competitive prices for our customers.
